When you use Soulmark we collect the information you provide in the questionnaire: your name, date of birth, and personal preferences. If you choose to submit your email address, we store that too. We also collect standard usage data such as browser type and pages visited through our hosting provider Vercel.
We use your questionnaire data solely to generate your personalised tattoo concept sheet. We use your email address to send you your concept sheet and occasional updates about Soulmark. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your questionnaire data is sent to OpenAI and Anthropic to generate your concept sheet and personal reading. This is necessary to provide the service. Both OpenAI and Anthropic have their own privacy policies governing how they handle API data.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Your concept sheet and reading are stored temporarily in your browser's local storage. We do not store your generated images on our servers beyond the generation process.
Under Australian Privacy Law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights contact us at hello@soulmark.ink. We will respond within 30 days.
Soulmark uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Soulmark is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.
