Soulmark is an AI-powered personalised tattoo concept sheet generator operated by Ben Snow (ABN 89 890 133 179), trading as Soulmark, based in Australia. By using soulmark.ink you agree to these terms.
Soulmark generates personalised tattoo concept sheets using artificial intelligence based on information you provide, including your name, date of birth, and personal preferences. All generated content is unique to each user and created specifically for personal use.
Soulmark offers paid access tiers processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable once a concept sheet has been generated, as the AI generation cost is incurred at the time of creation. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, contact us at hello@soulmark.ink and we will resolve it.
The concept sheet generated for you is for your personal use. You may share, print, and use your concept sheet for personal purposes including as a reference for a tattoo artist. You may not resell, commercially redistribute, or claim ownership of the underlying AI model outputs.
Concept sheets are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as creative inspiration and design references. Soulmark makes no guarantee that any generated design is unique, original, or free from similarity to other AI outputs. All numerological and astrological interpretations are for entertainment purposes only.
We collect the information you provide during the questionnaire to generate your concept sheet. We store your email address if you choose to provide it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Soulmark is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Soulmark after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
